“Yellow ball. Side pocket.”

I stare at the table and grin. “Ambitious shot.”

“Damn straight.” She slides back a few inches, arching her back even more. She stays like that for about thirty seconds while I finger fuck her, pussy clenching harder and faster around my fingers.

“Coop,” she teases and pulls the stick back, tapping the cue ball just enough to send the yellow ball on a slow journey to the side pocket.

“Victory.” Her voice is thick with desire, breathless as her orgasm barrels out of her.

“I think,” I whisper in her ear, “victory is mine,” I hiss, my fingers coated with her honey as she begs for more, clenching the pool cue hard enough she might break it.

Kelsey falls forward with a sigh and then laughs. A loud, body-shaking laugh that draws a few stares from the nearby tables, not that she notices.

“That was perfectly hot.” Her words escape on a breathless sigh, and she backs up one last time and says, “Perfectly hot.”

It’s so much more than just hot, and I want to tell her that as I drag her back to the bathroom, or maybe the alley for another hard fuck up against the brick wall.

I open my mouth to say that or something close to it, but her friend bounces over, Joaquin on her heels, and interrupts us.

“Kelsey, we should get going.” Her friend’s dark hair is a little mussed, but she looks nowhere near as satisfied as Kelsey. Joaquin needs to step up his game.

“Why? I thought we were gonna shut this place down?” Kelsey sits up with a sigh, and her hand lingers on my chest as it drags down my abs and settles on my waistband. “I’m having fun. It’s my birthday. I don’t wanna leave yet.”

“I’ll give you a ride.” The offer leaves my lips on a knowing smile that Kelsey returns.

“That’s a mighty fine and generous offer, Coop.” Her blonde brows quirk, and she presses her hips against mine, telling me she’s down for exactly what I am. Orgasms and lots of ’em. None of that love shit to get in the way. Only pleasure.

“I’m a generous guy.”

Her smile widens, and she nods. “Sounds good.”

The front door of the bar smacks open, drawing my attention as well as Joaquin’s, Joe’s, and Marjorie’s. Three members of the Iron Kings MC stumble in, already drunk and loud and looking for trouble.

“Your friend is right,” I say to Kelsey. “You should go.”

Kelsey blinks at my abrupt shift, but she quickly covers any hurt she might feel. Then standing up straight, she smooths her hands down the tempting red leather that hugs her body in all the right places while leaving miles of leg on display.

“All right. Thanks for…the fun.” She pats my chest and sidesteps around me.

At the exact fucking moment, Nogales notices me and then Kelsey. The Iron Kings Vice President is a mean motherfucker, especially when it comes to women. He takes what he wants, whether they agree or not, and he loves pretty young girls above all else.

Nogales flashes that fucking smarmy smile and makes his way over, two prospects following like lost puppies.

“Well, well, what have we got here?” His gaze bounces from Ruby to Kelsey, his smile wide and devious. “Coop, ain’t you gonna introduce me to your friends?”

“No,” I spit out. “I’m not.”

Nogales laughs, looking over his shoulder at his buddies. They laugh like he told the funniest joke in the world. He turns to me with a gleam in his dark eyes. “Afraid I might steal your girls?”

“Not at all, mother fucker. We just know you have a hard time taking no for an answer.”

Joaquin laughs and slings a possessive arm around Ruby, who stiffens visibly.

Nogales frowns at Joaquin and stands a little taller. “I forgot, you Reckless Souls bitches gossip like a bunch of old ladies.”

Kelsey glances at Ruby, worry shining in her wide eyes.

“You’re right, Ruby. We should get going.” Everything about her body language lets me know that Kelsey has picked up on the fact that Nogales is bad news. Her shoulders go stiff, spine straight and as tight as the fake ass smile she wore.

Ruby nods and takes a step away from Joaquin, dark brows wrinkling in concern. She turns with a smile and pats Joaquin’s chest. “Thanks for the dance. You got moves.”

“I’ll show you more later,” he whispers in her ear and takes a step back, stands at my side.

Nogales and his men block the path of the girls. “Going so soon?”

“Yes.” That one word exits Kelsey’s mouth full of steel. She isn’t afraid of Nogales, or at least she refuses to show it.

She eyes him, not giving an inch. “Excuse us.”

“Come on, sweetheart, let me buy you a drink.”

“No thanks.” Nogales leans in a little too close, and Kelsey puts a hand to his chest and gives it a big shove that only moves him a few inches. She tries to go around him, but the asshole won’t let her.
