“Better be nice down there if you ever want me to be able to give you children…” he warns, and dammit, he has a point.

“Fine,” I pout, releasing him, then wrapping my palm around his length. “You can man the kitchen as long as I control the TV.”

As I stroke his thick cock, his eyes close, and he’s no longer listening. “Okay, deal,” he stutters out. “Whatever you want.”

I giggle, increasing my pace. “And you do the laundry and dishes.”

“Okay, now you’re pushing it.” He chuckles, towering over me until I’m on my back. “No using sexual favors to get what you want.”

“I thought that was the whole basis of marriage.” I snicker. His lips drop to the shell of my ear, and in seconds, I’m putty in his hold.

“If that’s the case, then it goes both ways.” His erection presses against my thigh, teasing my clit. “But you’ll probably win because I can’t fucking get enough of you.”

“Now who’s insatiable?” I recall from the first time we had sex at his place.

“When it comes to the love of my life, definitely me.”

“Let me ride you,” I demand. “And cuff you to my bed so I can take full advantage.”

“Never thought I’d want to be handcuffed again…” He lingers, and I mentally slap myself for being insensitive. “But in this case, I’m all for it.”

“Shit, I’m sorry. I’m a horrible wife.”

Tyler wraps his arm around me until he flips us over, and I’m straddling his waist. “Not possible. Get those cuffs and have your way with me.”

Laughter spills out of me as I watch the man I love more than anything put his wrists together. I find the handcuffs I got as a gag gift, then lock them around him.

“Guess I can do whatever I want to you now…” I taunt, walking my fingers down his chest toward his throbbing cock.

“As long as you remember I’ll be using these on you later,” he counters.

“I don’t recall that being a part of the deal.”

“In fact, I might get some rope and a whip for when I really need to punish your ass,” he threatens in a husky voice, but that actually sounds hot as hell.

Grinning, I lower myself down his body until my mouth is at his cock. “That’s the kind of honeymoon I can get on board with. But you have to feed me in between.”

For the next forty-eight hours, we stay hidden inside the cottage, enjoying each other and Tyler’s delicious cooking. By Saturday evening, my phone is loaded with missed calls and text messages. Everyone thinks I left for Hawaii yesterday, and as soon as the news spreads that I didn’t, the gossip mills will be running wild.

“I suppose we should tell Everleigh and Katie we got hitched,” I say as we curl up on the couch after eating his famous chili.

“Who do you think will freak out the most?” He laughs. “I think Katie will flip her shit that you didn’t invite her.”

I shake my head in disagreement. “Oh, your sister, by a landslide. She’s gonna ask a million questions, including when we’re giving her a niece or nephew, and if we’re having a real ceremony.”

“Yes.”

I blink. “Yes, what?”

“Yes to both. A niece and a nephew. And if you want a big country wedding, then I’ll give that to you too.”

I blink again. “You’ve already thought about this?”

“I’ve thought about you for years.”

“You’re perfect,” I tell him, bringing my lips to his. “I don’t need any of that as long as I have you, but if you want one, then I say let’s do it.”

“We have time to figure it out.”

“True. Okay, let me get Everleigh and Katie on a group call so we can hear their squeals.” I chuckle.

Once I have them both on the line, I say, “You both there?”

“Yes,” they respond in unison.

“Aren’t you in Hawaii?” Everleigh asks.

“Did you murder Robert already?” Katie snickers, and I hold back laughter.

“I’m not in Hawaii,” I blurt out. They both start freaking out, and I haven’t even gotten to the exciting stuff yet. “Okay, listen. I have a bet going with someone, and I need your help with it.”

“Where are you?” Everleigh asks again, ignoring me.

“I’m at my cottage,” I tell her so she’ll calm the hell down. “Just wait, and I’ll tell you everything.”

She groans, growing impatient with every ticking second.

“So the bet is which one of you will freak out the most when I tell you this particular news. Okay, ready?”

“This is weird, Gem.” Katie blows out a frustrated breath. “But okay, I’ll play.”

I cover my mouth with my hand so they can’t hear my fit of laughter. Once I’ve calmed myself, I clear my throat.

“Robert’s and my marriage wasn’t real, which is why I’m not on the honeymoon, because I got married beforehand.”

The line goes silent, and I check the screen to make sure I didn’t lose them.
