There were a lot of channels to go through to get to me, so anyone who needed my services had to usually be very well connected. Those clients made it possible for me to handle the little odd jobs here and there, where the family had no money or worldly assets to speak of.

I have no problem charging some fuck that has more money than sense extra so I could keep the coffers full for the poor schmuck whose kid goes missing in some bum fuck cesspit somewhere, which happens a hell of a lot more than the local or national news report.

Those are the jobs I live for. When I get to go bring some innocent out of the bowels of hell and reunite them with their family.

My last job here had been small potatoes. Just some jackass who got in over his head with the wrong people and thought selling out his country was the most lucrative way out the hole. The Rus got fucked on that one too.

The would-be traitor was looking at life in a deep dark hole and the misinformation I’d planted should be doing its job any day now. I hope to fuck a whole lot of them went the fuck up in a blaze when they input the wrong data.

As jobs went it was tame, there was no rescue mission and I didn’t even have to draw my piece, which truth be known is one of my favorite past times. I like helping evil fucks on their way to their leader, dumb fucks.

I took a power nap if you could call it that. Lying fully clothed on top of the mattress. Each time I closed my eyes I could see her, which prompted me to raise my fingers with her pussy’s scent to my nose and inhale.

I had to tap my dick once to get it to behave until later. As often as I’d already had her I was still hungry, nightfall couldn’t come fast enough.

I’m gonna have to find something to quiet her down though if Alana was going to be home tonight, my girl is a bit of a screamer. That shit made me smile to myself here alone in my room.

My nap didn’t last too long because I had plans to go back and get them both to start part two of my campaign. I didn’t know fuck all about being a dad, but I knew that there was no way we were gonna have any kind of relationship if I didn’t learn that shit quick.

Thinking ahead I made a phone call to one of the only people I trusted. I knew at some point she was going to need verification of some sort. She was too smart not to go that route, especially with a young daughter in her care.

“Roy, someone might be calling you in the next half an hour or so, just give her what she needs.”

“Oh-ho, so it’s true then?”

“What’s true?” As if I didn’t know, fucking yentas.

“Spoke to Cole a little while ago, I’m happy for you bro.” That shit actually felt good, like I was actually doing this shit.

“Yeah thanks, we’ll catch up soon I have to go get my girl.”

“You need any pointers? I know this isn’t your norm, we don’t want you fucking shit up.”

“Fuck off bro, I’ve got this.” He laughed and hung up the phone after congratulating me again. Damn, had I really been that bad? It’s true that none of the others had the same hang-ups as I did when it came to serious relationships, but it was also true that none of them had the same kind of bounty on their heads either.

Chapter 8

DANE

I had a hot shower and a quick shave a little before it was time to go get her. I did my usual safety checks to make sure I wasn’t being followed, before heading back to her house. When I was around the corner from her place I called her.

“Are you two ready?”

“Yes, but I’m having second thoughts about getting my daughter involved. You have to admit that this isn’t exactly safe.”

“That’s smart baby real smart. I’m gonna give you a number to call, it’s to someone in the justice department, just give them my name and my general description.” I gave her the information and hung up, giving her enough time to make the call.

“You set?” I was pulling up to her driveway when I called her back.

“Who are you?” now she sounded more suspicious than she did before.”

“Are you convinced that I’m not out to harm you or your daughter?”

“Yes but now I have even more questions.”

“I’ll answer them all in time babe, I’m outside.”

I climbed down from my truck as they came out the door. “Morning ladies, hello Alana.” I smiled to put her at ease as she checked me out from head to toe, typical teenager I guess.
