Daddy grinned, resting his forearms on the edge where I’d just climbed in. “You’re allowed to breathe, boy.”

I sucked in a breath and stared at him. “I’m sitting in a fighter jet,” I whimpered.

“Pretty cool, huh?” He touched my cheek.

I sniffled and nodded. “Help me out, please. I don’t want to blow it up somehow.”

He let out a laugh and offered me a hand. “Okay, the easiest is if you hike up your foot so you stand up in the seat.”

I carefully lifted my foot to the seat and hoisted myself up, and then Daddy descended the ladder so I could climb out.

“I got you if you fall.”

I didn’t fall, thankfully, but he still captured me when I had a step or two left to the ground, and he spun me around once before setting me down.

My stomach had the biggest butterflies.

“I am going to blog about this so much.” I wiped at my cheeks. Another day, I would ask Daddy for pictures. I knew they allowed it at air shows. “Thank you, Daddy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

“You’re welcome, little darlin’.” He draped an arm around my neck and kissed the top of my head. “I have a debrief in ten minutes, and then we’re outta here. For today.”

“Do you think you’ll come back for more training missions? I wanna see you in the sky a thousand times.”

He laughed a little. “There will definitely be more, but I can’t promise you a thousand.”

“Okay.” I pouted, but not really. “Do you know something?”

“What?”

I smiled up at him. “You’ll always be my king of the sky.”

He smiled back and stole a hard smooch. “Music to my ears. I love you.”

“Love you more, Daddy,” I sang.

“Why’s the kid tired?” Colt asked.

“It’s been a long day, I suppose. A lot of excitement.” Lucas helped me buckle my seat belt in the middle instead. That way, I could use my Daddy as a pillow. “He’s been working a lot this week too.”

“I’ve barely had time for my Little space,” I said, disgruntled. “Can you believe that, Daddy? So awful.”

Colt was driving as usual, and his companion in the passenger’s seat consisted of a massive bag of candy his mother had packed for him. He was a mama’s boy.

Lucas and I had received our own, though. She was the best.

“We’ll have to do somethin’ about that, won’t we?” Colt asked.

I nodded sleepily and got comfortable against Lucas’s chest. He wrapped an arm around me.

“I’m glad you’re not gonna be at Langley for a while,” I said, then yawned. “We missed you lots, Daddy.”

“I missed you guys too. We’ll catch up good and proper on the trip.”

I smiled and sucked my thumb into my mouth. I couldn’t wait. We had a munch tomorrow, and then I was going to go see a movie with Cameron and Tate. The day after, I had lunch plans with Vincent and a quick meeting at work, before my Daddies and I flew to Seattle for a kinky Halloween with Abel and Madigan.

“Rest up, sweet boy.” Lucas held me close and pressed his lips to my hair.

“Wait,” I mumbled. Something was missing. “Daddy, did you bring my stuffie?”

“Oh shit, yeah, sorry. Let me just change lanes.” Colt moved over to the right lane and then leaned toward the floor of the passenger’s side.

I’d let him borrow my teddy bear, a gift from a few months ago, when he headed down to Langley last week. So he could pretend I was there with him when he went to bed at night.

“Here you go, baby.” He snuck his hand between the seats, and I grabbed my stuffie and cuddled back into Lucas’s embrace.

“Do you want us to wake you when we stop for dinner?” Lucas murmured.

“McDonald’s?” I wondered.

He nodded. “Probably.”

“Yes, please.” I closed my eyes and sucked my thumb into my mouth again. “I want the toy.”

He chuckled softly. “How could I forget? Sleep now. I love you.”

“Love you more, Daddy,” I whispered and drifted off to sleep.

Oh, but there’s more

“Will you beat me without knowing the reason?”

That’s the question I ask when I go to clubs to seek out Sadists.

Most men say no immediately. They see the flags my question raise and walk away. They’re the good guys. They’re the guys who adhere to safe, sane, and consensual. They wanna be aware of the risks and cause no harm.

But I’m not looking for a good guy.

I’m looking for punishment.
