“No,” I say in a clear voice. “I know how I feel, which is that I love you, Richard Purdy. I adore you, and while I’m surprised and devastated by this revelation, it’s not a dealbreaker. It’s something that happened years ago, and I have no memory of it.”
“Good,” Rick says in a low tone.
“Plus, everyone makes mistakes, and yours happens to be a big one. But my mom was also at fault, and despite the mess of the past, you were the bigger man and gave her a job. You didn’t care that she was a stripper with a thin resume. You didn’t care what your family thought. You did right by Sally and hired her for a position which changed our lives forever.”
“Sweetheart,” my man says in a low tone, “it was the least I could do.”
“But it’s significant,” I say. “Plus, my mom stuck with you through the years. Sally never quit, and worked hard at Tatti for a long time. Not only that, but before she passed, she still trusted you. Sally made arrangements for me to stay with you after her death, Rick, because she knew you were a good man.”
“And your mother’s trust in me is one of the biggest gifts I’ve ever received,” he says in a low, throaty tone. “Because it gave me you, sweetheart. You are the most important person to me in the world, and the woman I love more than anything. I would be forever grateful if you would love me back, Snowflower.”
I look at him for a long moment, his handsome features halfway poised between hope and fear. But then I smile and press my lips to his mobile ones, forgiving him in that one gesture. Rick is motionless at first, but then he gathers me close and deepens the passion, his arms locking around me like iron bands.
“I love you, Jenna,” he whispers again. “You are my Snowflower, and I’m grateful for everything that brought you to me along this winding, twisted path.”
“It has been winding and twisted,” I acknowledge. “But I adore you too, Mr. Purdy, and we will figure it out.”
With that, our lips touch again as our hearts meld because we were never supposed to be together. I was a young girl sent to stay at the CEO’s house after my mother’s death. Not only that, but I’m a young woman who creates content for Only Fans, while he’s a billionaire alpha male. But despite it all, my mother has been watching over us, and I’ll always be grateful for Sally’s guidance and compassion … because in the end, my mother’s love gave me Rick.
EPILOGUE
Jenna
Ifiddle with my camera before looking down at myself. I’m even curvier than before but it’s for good reason because I’m pregnant now, and my baby bump is visible. It’s not humongous, but the bump is definitely there, and after a talk with Rick, I decided to use this opportunity to further my career.
After all, there’s a definite niche for pregnant creators, and as a result, I’m clad in a white, lacy bra that highlights my big breasts, with a g-string that barely covers my swollen pussy. Sheer white hose comes halfway up my smooth thighs, ending with ivory stilettos that enhance the “bridal” look. Then, the finishing touch is my veil. Yes, I’m going to film with a veil today, and the netting is a bit scratchy, but that’s okay. I’m sure Rick will rip it off as soon as he gets his hands on it. My man loves creating content with me, and although we never show his face, I’m certain everyone knows whom the huge, muscular body in my videos belongs to.
At first, I didn’t think he’d be okay with it.
“Won’t my videos get you fired from Tatti?” I asked slowly. “A lot of CEOs get the axe these days, like that guy who was caught canoodling at a Cold Play concert.”
Rick shrugged.
“They’ll have a hard time firing me when I own the company. I mean, who’s going to do it?”
I squint.
“But I thought Tatti was a huge international corporation that sells cosmetics all over the world. There isn’t an overseer or some sort? Or a board?”
“Yes, there is,” Rick says easily. “But this is a private company because my grandmother founded it many years ago. Tatti Purdy was an entrepreneurial woman who worked the cosmetics counter at Lord and Taylor, before branching out and selling her own beauty creams. Then, my dad inherited the company and grew it through a number of strategies, including “gift with purchase” and the launch of the successful Youth-Dew bath oil/fragrance, which is still one of our most popular products. Then, I was named CEO about ten years ago, and I revamped our marketing by bringing in Kpop celebrities as spokeswomen, and buying a load of new lines, including Drunk Dragon, Katy von D, NuSpace and PureScience. We’re now in the medspa area, and it’s a cash cow. So no, I don’t think they’re going to fire me because they love the money too much.”
