“What?” He didn’t really mean that, did he?
“Many Littles prefer bottom medicine instead of swallowing liquid or pills. I’ll stock up on suppositories and an enema syringe. The latter is good to have around here anyway, in case you have a tummy ache.”
“I don’t need an enema, Daddy.”
“Maybe not today. We’ll see.”
Tiffanie opened her mouth to protest and snapped her jaw shut. She’d gotten herself into enough trouble talking already. She should shut up.
Phineas rotated the thermometer in her bottom, adjusting the tool’s placement inside her and coaxing the tip a bit deeper. The movement kept her focused on his touch and the heat of his hand resting against her so intimately. She could tell he truly planned to have full range of her body. That thrilled and scared her at the same time. She closed her eyes to conceal from him how erotic his actions were. How did he all her secret fantasies?
When he finally pulled the thick device from her bottom, Tiffanie was so turned on she couldn’t believe it. She squeezed her legs together, trying to strangle the sensations buzzing between her thighs. That action didn’t help, but the brush of her tissues together inflamed her desire.
That quiet sound of the lubricant lid brought her head up. To her horror, Phineas applied the slick mixture to a thin anal plug. “No, Daddy,” she pleaded.
“This is your punishment, Little girl. If you don’t receive a consequence for your bad behavior and lack of cooperation, you’ll resist the treatment you need to be healthy. This can stay in your bottom for an hour while we have dinner.”
“No!” she protested, weakly feeling like she needed to make some kind of fuss.
“Yes. Actions always have consequences in this household. Let me check if you need some painkiller as well.”
She held her breath as he lifted the thermometer and rotated the thick device until he could read the numbers. “No fever. That’s wonderful news,” he announced, setting the thermometer back on the tray.
Before she could celebrate, he pushed the plug into her bottom. The thickness stretched her tight opening a bit and felt huge inside her narrow passage. An outer guard designed to keep the device from sliding far inside her settled against her opening. That flat piece rubbed over the nerve-rich area, reminding her constantly that she wore the plug.
She wiggled, trying to shift that thing to a more comfortable position. There wasn’t one. How was she supposed to concentrate on anything else?
“I’ve learned my lesson, Daddy!” She rushed to assure him.
“I’m glad to hear that, Tiffanie. One hour and Daddy will take out your plug. Turn over, please.”
Phineas helped her move into position without tumbling off the table. He threaded a hand under her knees and slid a diaper under her hips. Moving quickly, he had the padding fastened around her waist with an economy of motion that told Tiffanie he wasn’t a novice at diapering Littles.
“I don’t need that,” she whispered.
“Daddy’s going to treat you to very Little time tonight. Let’s sit up on the table, and I’ll get your soft blankie.” He stepped away from her side as she struggled to deal with the shifting metal plug inside her. Phineas returned in a flash with the soft material and fastened the fabric around her snugly, pinning her arms to her chest.
“Let’s go get some food in your tummy.”
Chapter Fifteen
Phineas held his Little girl’s hand the next day in the doctor’s office. She sat rigidly still as if paralyzed by fright. He wished he could ease her mind or distract her. She didn’t have the bandwidth to talk about other things or to read. Only hearing what would come next would help her.
Of course, the doctor was running late. Phineas appreciated that the oncologist devoted the time he needed with all his patients, but this was torture for Tiffanie. They’d already completed the screening bloodwork. His Little girl had explained that was the routine at every visit.
“Something must be wrong,” she whispered to Phineas. “The nurse never delays this much in calling me back.”
“Do you want me to go ask at the desk?” He didn’t want her to know that the delay concerned him as well.
“Tiffanie?”
Phineas and Tiffanie quickly stood to follow the nurse who waited in the doorway.
“Sorry, just Tiffanie can go back for this,” the nurse added, meeting Phineas’s gaze.
“But I want him to hear what the doctor says,” Tiffanie protested, clinging to his hand.
“Definitely. We’ll come get your friend before you go to an exam room,” the kind-faced nurse said.
“Where are you taking me now?”
Phineas didn’t hear the answer to that as the two women disappeared down the hallway. He crossed his fingers that they didn’t have to redraw her blood. Tiffanie had shared that even though the techs were skilled and performed their tasks quickly and relatively painlessly, she had developed a phobia of the process. He’d watched her white-knuckle the wait for them to call her back earlier for the first time.
