“I’m sorry I pressured you,” he says with a grin. “How can I ever make it up to you, my love?”

My leg hits the long wicker lounge chair and I sit back down on it. “I can think of something...”

With a carnal growl, he leans on top of me and plants his cold tasty mouth on mine. I reach down, wrap my hand around his hard shaft, and guide it inside of me where it belongs.

We both moan into each other’s mouths as he thrusts inside, filling every inch of my pussy with his big cold beautiful dick.

“Now this I can get used to,” I moan between kisses. He starts driving his hips back and forth, thrusting into me as I wrap my legs around him.

He feels so good. I can’t get enough of his cock.

It’s not long before we’re both crying out and cumming all over each other.

I cling to him as my orgasm ripples through me, hot and heavy. I’m really starting to get addicted to these. Lord knows I’ve had enough of them over the past three days.

I haven’t returned home since Colin saved me in the mountains. We’ve been shacked up at his place with barely a stitch of clothing on the entire time.

This afternoon is the first time we’re going to leave the house. Colin is taking me to check out an old ambulance that’s for sale. I’m hoping it’s going to be the one to set up my mobile vet clinic in.

“I don’t want to spend more than eight grand,” I say as we drive into the used car lot a couple of towns over. “I’m still going to have to pay someone to renovate the inside of it.”

“Why?” he asks as he looks at me funny. “I thought we could do that together.”

“Renovate an old ambulance? How are we going to do that?”

“We’ll figure it out,” he says with a shrug. I love how he has total confidence in himself. I would never think that I could do something like that, but Colin will just dive right in and try. Design a house even though he’s not an architect? Sure, why not? Train a dog to be the best search and rescue dog in the country even though he’s never even owned a dog before? Let’s do it! He’s always up for anything. Always willing to learn and challenge himself. I love that about him.

“Remember my grandad rebuilt that old convertible when I was a kid?”

“Oh yeah,” I say as that long-lost memory resurfaces. It was an old red sports car. I remember hanging out with Colin and eating popsicles in the backseat. I can remember it so clearly. I remember watching him eat his popsicle and dreaming of being old enough to go on a cross-country road trip together. Even back then, I was hopelessly in love with him.

“How hard can it be?” he asks as he parks the truck.

“Renovating an old ambulance into a mobile veterinarian clinic?” I ask with a laugh. “Pretty damn hard!”

“I’ll get Julian and Aiden to help if we get into trouble,” he says. “We can handle it. You’ll see.”

I smile as I watch him get out. He thinks we can handle anything as long as we’re together. The more I’m with this amazing man, the more I’m starting to agree with him.

The ambulance is perfect. The engine is in great condition (from what Colin tells me) and the back has already been gutted.

Colin gets the guy down to five grand and we’re able to secure the deal. I’m picking it up tomorrow!

I’m thrilled to finally be getting started on my career, but I’m also terrified that I have to learn how to drive that mammoth thing.

“I’ll practice with you in an empty parking lot,” Colin reassures me on the way home. “You went to London and got your veterinarian’s degree, Molly. You can drive a truck. You can do anything, my love.”

I smile as the spring wind flows into the window and tickles my face. I’m staring at my man, hoping he’s right.

He suddenly pulls over on the side of the empty road and looks at me.

“What’s the matter?” I ask, feeling nervous all of a sudden.

“Nothing,” he says softly. He takes my hand and slowly looks up into my eyes. “I just want to tell you, Molly. I’m really proud of you, for what you did.”

My mouth drops. I’m speechless.

“It took a lot of guts to leave and go study abroad. You’re the bravest person I know.”

“You’re not mad at me anymore?”

“I was never mad,” he says with a swallow. “I could never be mad at you.”

“But there’s no more hard feelings?”

He shakes his head. “None. I’m in awe of you, my love. The past few years were only a blip in our long journey together. A footnote.”
